About Shrutika

I’m a T-shaped designer who builds scalable, reusable systems both the product and the business.

I measure success in adoption, efficiency, and long-term use.

Where I started:

Before UX, I trained and worked as a fashion designer. That world taught me how decisions ripple: cost, timelines, materials, manufacturing, and margins all matter. Designing wasn’t just about aesthetics; it was about making things that could actually be produced, sold, and sustained.

That foundation shaped how I approach digital products, design lives inside constraints, and good design respects them.

The shift to UX

As I moved into UX design, my focus shifted from individual outputs to systems, began designing flows, information architectures, and design systems that could scale across teams and products whether in e-commerce, fintech, AI, or healthcare.

Outside of Work

Lately, I’ve been painting Starry Night by Van Gogh, completed a professional foundation course in pottery.

I’ve also been styling people around me, often as a public service.

This year’s agenda: eat clean, learn how to dance, and finish every museum in NYC before I run out of opinions.

Fun Facts

I was awarded nationally by the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi for my craft research work.

Won two India-level awards, later covered by the newspaper.
